We are looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor who will act as the key link between our customers and service team, ensuring clear communication, smooth service coordination, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with vehicle service and repair inquiries
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors
• Prepare job cards and cost estimates
• Provide service updates and ensure quality checks before delivery
• Maintain proper documentation of all service interactions
Requirements
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
• Good knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• ASE certification is a plus
