Key Responsibilities:
Drive M365 adoption, usage, and user engagement
Assess M365 maturity, define KPIs, and report adoption metrics
Lead change management, training, and champion programs
Collaborate with IT and business teams for tailored solutions
Monitor licensing, usage optimization, and cost efficiency
Stay current with M365 updates and recommend improvements
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience with M365 adoption/change
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, Intune, IAM
Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
