JD:
- 12+ years in digital channel delivery with 5+ years leading multi-channel programs
- Minimum 3 large-scale government e-services portal/mobile implementations
- Experience delivering citizen-facing government digital services (G2C, G2B) - Proven leadership of 10+ person frontend development teams
- Experience with government authentication (UAE Pass, national ID integration)
- Track record of delivering bilingual (Arabic/English) e-services applications - GCC government digital transformation experience required
- Arabic language proficiency required.
Technical Skills:
- React.js, React Native, Liferay DXP
- RESTful API design and consumption
- OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect (UAE Pass integration)
- Responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications
