Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–7 years of experience in high-rise building construction
UAE experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & fire fighting systems
Familiarity with local authority approvals and regulations
Good communication and coordination skills
