Key Responsibilities & Skills
We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on expertise in:
1. Windows Server Administration (2016 / 2019 / 2022)
2. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO) troubleshooting
3. Patch management using WSUS / SCCM / MECM or equivalent tools
4. PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks
5. File services, NTFS/share permissions, and server security hardening
6. ITSM tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira Service Management
7. Basic understanding of VMware / Hyper-V and server lifecycle management
