Salary: AED 25,000 per month

Looking for an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join our client's growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and control project costs across multiple construction projects

✅ Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses

✅ Track budgets, commitments, and cash flow

✅ Review subcontractor valuations and change orders

✅ Support project teams in cost optimization and financial performance

✅ Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting to management

Requirements:

✔ 8-12+ years of experience in cost control within the construction industry or real estate development project

✔ Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting

✔ Experience working with main contractors, developers, or large-scale construction projects

✔ Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge

✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Background:

Candidates from reputable construction companies or contractors will be highly preferred.
