📌 Responsibilities:
• Prepare facility letters and security documents for conventional and Islamic banking facilities.
• Review executed documentation, verify signatory authority, and support limit release processes.
• Manage collateral registration, pledge creation, release, and related record updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and approval conditions.
• Identify and escalate documentation exceptions, deficiencies, and associated risks.
• Coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders on documentation matters.
• Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and operational records.
• Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and UAT activities.
• Deliver timely responses and high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
📌 Qualifications:
• Experience in banking documentation, credit administration, or facility support.
• Knowledge of conventional and Islamic banking documentation.
• Strong understanding of collateral management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
