Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, Azure integrations, and CRM solution architecture. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and solution strategy.

- Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise applications using Azure services, APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.

- Define CRM data models, security architecture, governance standards, and best practices.

- Lead CRM migration, upgrade, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Drive performance optimization, system scalability, and application modernization initiatives.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, technical proposals, and architecture documentation when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

- C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
