Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced CRM QA Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating CRM functionalities, business processes, integrations, and custom developments across Dynamics 365 modules. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to ensure testability.

- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Validate Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and custom entities.

- Test CRM workflows, business rules, plugins, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Verify data migration accuracy, data integrity, and system performance.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and end users throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Support deployment validation and post-production testing activities.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM.

- Strong understanding of:

- Dynamics 365 Sales Module

- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module

- CRM Business Processes and Workflows

- Functional and Integration Testing

- Regression and Smoke Testing

- Defect Lifecycle Management

- Experience writing detailed test cases and executing test scenarios.

- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes.

- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
