Skills:
Banking Managed Services Experience (Core), 15 + years’ experience. Strong understanding of banking IT systems – Core Banking, Payments, Infrastructure, Internet/Mobile Banking, Consumer Banking Application, ATM Switches, and APIs.
Ensure the delivery of IT services (infrastructure, applications, and digital channels) meets agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Lead daily operations and ensure service continuity across core banking, payments, digital banking, and support systems.
Monitor incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize downtime and service impact.
Oversee critical incident management, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Manage service-level compliance.
