Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a UAE real estate company is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Pleasant, professional, and well-presented personality.
Experience coordinating and attending broker meetings.
Ability to prepare accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills, with the ability to organize the CEO's appointments and daily activities efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
