✅ Proven experience hiring for technical roles across Software Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ERP, AI, and Digital Transformation
✅ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
✅ UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage
