Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/production operations
✅ Strong experience in the plastic packaging industry
✅ Hands-on knowledge of PP, PS, PET, HIPS sheet extrusion and related manufacturing processes
✅ Experience managing Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Packing, and Kraft Bowl production
✅ Strong expertise in production planning, machine troubleshooting, quality control, process improvement, and team leadership
