Key Requirements:
📌Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
📌4- 6+ years of experience in system administration and technical support
📌Hands-on M365 admin experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
📌Hands-on Azure administration (IaaS, networking, identity/RBAC)
📌Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent ITSM tool
📌Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals
📌ITIL working knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation preferred
📌Bilingual English/Arabic preferred
Preferred Certifications
✔️ MS365 Certified: Administrator Expert
✔️ Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
✔️ SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
✔️ Atlassian/JSM Certification
