✅ Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise environments
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V
✅ Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
✅ Experience with monitoring, backup and disaster recovery solutions
✅ Strong L3 incident and problem management experience
