✔️ 8+ years overall experience with strong hands-on 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 development experience
✔️ Strong experience with 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 2013/2016/2019, 𝗦𝗣𝗙𝘅, 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗝𝗦, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗝𝗦, 𝗷𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘆 & 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗝𝗦
✔️ Expert hands-on experience in 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄, including migration/conversion to JavaScript or modern technologies
✔️ Proven experience in 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, modernization, workflow migration and application enhancement
✔️ Strong experience in 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲-𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
✔️ Experience with 𝗟𝟮/𝗟𝟯 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, RCA, UAT, production deployments and application performance improvement
✔️ Strong stakeholder management, requirements workshops, solution demonstrations and technical/functional documentation
✔️ UAE 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 experience preferred; regulated environment experience is an advantage
