✔️ Looking for a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 with 7–9 years’ experience, including 2+ years in a senior technical role.

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with 𝗩𝗠𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗦𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion and VM lifecycle management

✔️ Proven expertise in 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 and 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 administration, patching, hardening and troubleshooting

✔️ Experience with 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy

✔️ Strong enterprise 𝗦𝗔𝗡/𝗡𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 experience including LUN/volume provisioning, multipathing, replication, performance and capacity management

✔️ Hands-on experience with 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, RPO/RTO, retention, replication, encryption and restore testing

✔️ Experience in 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 operations, infrastructure monitoring, Level 3 support, RCA, upgrades and vulnerability remediation

✔️ Strong exposure to 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, IT continuity, infrastructure security and configuration hardening

✔️ Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 teams

✔️ Strong documentation skills covering architecture diagrams, SOPs, recovery procedures, configuration records, asset inventories and technical reports
