✔️ Hands-on experience in 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, stress testing and capacity upgrades
✔️ Strong production support, troubleshooting and 𝟮𝟰𝘅𝟳 𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 experience with critical incident resolution and service restoration
✔️ Expertise in 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, SSL/security policies, compliance and audit readiness
✔️ Experience with 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and vulnerability remediation using 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀 or similar tools
✔️ Strong collaboration with 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 & 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 teams, including change/release management, SOPs and documentation
✔️ Exposure to 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲/𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 environments, regulatory/audit frameworks, monitoring, backup and automation tools preferred
