Job Description:

· Lead the design and implementation of real-time fraud prevention frameworks, including rule engines, decisioning logic, and transaction monitoring capabilities across digital channels

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across fraud analytics, investigations, project management and technology teams to ensure aligned delivery of fraud risk strategies and system capabilities

· Oversee continuous optimization and performance enhancement of fraud detection strategies, including rule tuning, model refinement, and post-implementation monitoring to reduce false positives and improve detection rates.

· Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling clear articulation of fraud risks, control effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Drive the adoption and integration of advanced behavioral biometrics solutions (e.g., device fingerprinting, user behavior analytics) into enterprise fraud decisioning ecosystems to enhance detection accuracy and hands on experience on Data Analytics skills.
