JD:
1. 4-5 years of relevant experience in NOC, IT Data Centre Operations, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Support within a 24/7 environment.
2. Hands-on experience with renowned enterprise monitoring platforms such as ManageEngine Site24x7, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar solutions. Experience with ManageEngine Site24x7 will be considered a strong advantage.
3. Good understanding of ITIIL Process, incident management, escalation handling, SLA/OLA-based support, and change management processes.
4. Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN, internet connectivity, servers, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
