Mandatory Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying- mandatory
7–10 years of experience in the same role
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
Proven experience in Infrastructure & Landscaping projects
Strong knowledge of cost control, valuations, variations, claims, contracts & final accounts
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office & QS software
Excellent communication and contractual administration skills
