Key Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Leisure & Entertainment, Retail, or related industries.
Strong requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and KPIs.
Proven project planning, execution, risk, budget, and vendor management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define project objectives, KPIs, scope, purpose, and deliverables.
Develop project charters, plans, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
Manage project budget, risks, communication, and quality.
Coordinate people, resources, and third-party partners throughout project execution.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and activities, addressing risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple departments.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
