PMIS Data Migration Lead to join a major transformation program in Dubai. In this role, you will take the helm on data migration activities for Oracle Unifier implementations and upgrades. You will ensure the seamless transfer of historical and active data - including Projects, Cost Data, Contracts, and Assets; while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
Experience : 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy: Define the migration approach, governance, and validation frameworks.
Mapping: Conduct data profiling and source-to-target mapping for legacy systems.
Quality: Lead data cleansing, standardization, and reconciliation efforts.
Execution: Manage end-to-end cutover, mock runs, and post-migration validation.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (5+ migration projects required).
2. Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and Data Mapping.
3. Track record of migrating Cost, Contracts, and Asset Records.
4. Experience with Primavera P6 or Oracle ERP/Fusion is a strong plus.
