Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and coordinate HVAC installation and execution works.

Review HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.

Ensure HVAC works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Manage installation of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, piping, pumps, and ventilation systems.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Conduct inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.

Prepare method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical reports.

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

3–5+ years of experience in HVAC/MEP projects.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.

Experience with construction, retrofit, or facility management projects is an advantage.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
