Key Responsibilities:
Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare major construction cost estimates and support project planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution.
Deliver accurate, competitive, and commercially viable bids while managing project risks.
Lead interdisciplinary Value Engineering (VE) workshops to optimize design solutions within client budgets.
Send inquiries to subcontractors and material suppliers.
Analyze quotations and develop accurate rates for labor, plant, and materials.
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure complete and competitive tender submissions.
