Contract: 6 Months

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 3+ years in Odoo development preferred

Domain: Insurance experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.

Build and enhance workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Develop custom features and modules using Python and Odoo Framework.

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo implementations.

Work closely with functional consultants and project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in testing, deployment, and post-development support.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Odoo development and customization.

Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM.

Experience with Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.

Good understanding of Odoo architecture and development best practices.

Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.

Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.

Insurance domain experience will be an advantage, particularly experience with insurance brokerage, quotations, policies, endorsements, renewals, commissions, claims, or insurer integrations.
