Key Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of GCC experience.
Strong experience in both Pre-Tender and Post-Tender activities.
Proven experience managing the financial, cost, and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Track project expenditure, review monthly progress, and forecast final project costs.
Manage and control project scope in line with project objectives and deliverables.
Prepare detailed cost analyses and develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial management, variations, valuations, and cost control.
Experience working on infrastructure / civil projects is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of quantity surveying practices, and the ability to manage project costs and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
