🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to own the end-to-end testing strategy for a data and AI platform, ensuring pipelines, data, reports, AI components and integrations meet business and technical requirements before production go-live.

🔹 Required Skills ;

◆ QA Experience: 7+ years in Software and Data Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years leading QA for data platforms, data warehouses or analytics programs.

◆ Data Testing: Strong hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Python/PySpark.

◆ Test Automation: Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps Test Plans, Jira/Xray or equivalent test management tools.

◆ Data Architecture: Understanding of Lakehouse/Medallion architecture, ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling and data reconciliation.

◆ Analytics Testing: Experience testing Power BI reports and preferably AI/ML or GenAI components.

◆ Microsoft Technologies: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services and Microsoft Purview.

◆ Certifications: ISTQB Advanced / Test Manager certification is an advantage.

◆ Communication: Excellent English communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

◆ Arabic: Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
