Key Requirements:
▪ 10–12 years of Business Analysis / Techno-Functional experience in Banking/Financial Services
▪ 8+ years of Cards Issuing experience across Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Corporate/Commercial amp; Virtual Cards
▪ Hands-on experience with Fiserv Vision, Way4, HPS PowerCARD or similar platforms
▪ Strong expertise in BRDs, requirements gathering, process mapping, data migration, interfaces amp; UAT
▪ Experience working with Visa/Mastercard, card processors amp; technology vendors
▪ Strong stakeholder management amp; requirements governance skills
▪ Banking transformation / Cards platform migration experience highly preferred
