Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual, monthly and weekly production plans, including crop selection, sowing schedules and harvesting plans.

Oversee the complete crop lifecycle, from seeding and germination to harvesting and post-harvest handling.

Manage growing conditions, including lighting, temperature, humidity, CO₂, irrigation and nutrient dosing.

Monitor production KPIs, yield, crop quality, wastage and output against production targets.

Manage seeds, growing materials, nutrients, fertilisers and inventory control.

Handle procurement, supplier negotiations and supplier performance.

Oversee farm infrastructure, HVAC, LED lighting, irrigation, fertigation, cold rooms and preventive maintenance.

Lead and manage farm teams, including growers, harvesters, packers and maintenance staff.

Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, Dubai Municipality and MOCCAE requirements.

Manage HSE, operational budgets, cost optimisation and sustainability initiatives.

Prepare production reports and coordinate with Sales, QA, Finance and Logistics teams.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a senior farm operations role.

✔️ Strong hands-on experience in production planning and crop management.

✔️ Experience in indoor farming, vertical farming, hydroponics or controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) is highly preferred.

✔️ Good understanding of crop cycles, growing protocols, yield optimisation and quality control.

✔️ Experience managing farm teams, procurement, inventory and maintenance operations.

✔️ Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP and relevant UAE regulations.

✔️ Strong operational, analytical and leadership skills.
