Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR matters.
Requirements:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
