Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
Lead a team and manage HR operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to key decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
