Overview:
The Talent Development Specialist drives initiatives in learning & development, performance management, and HR projects while supporting recruitment efforts to enhance our organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development: Design and deliver training programs; update training materials.
- Performance Management: Implement and refine performance systems; provide coaching and feedback support.
- HR Projects: Lead HR initiatives and process improvements; report progress to management.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in candidate screening, onboarding, and identifying talent gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years in talent development, HR projects, or performance management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience with LMS, HRIS, and basic recruitment practices.
