Job description:
1. Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Developing growth strategies and plans.
5. Increasing client base.
6. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
7. Following industry trends locally and internationally.
8. Identifying & trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
9. Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
10. Examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
11. Discovering and exploring new business opportunities.
12. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
13. Responsible for the timely collection of all payments from customers.
14. Maximizing sales in order to ensure achievement of sales targets
15. Submitting of reports on a timely basis to Group Managing Director regarding business contacts of new customers & sales'
