Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for training and assessments.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
Represent the company at industry events to promote training and assessment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) is required.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in training or education services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
