We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Advisor to join our prestigious real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for luxury properties and a proven track record in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling premium properties to high-net-worth clients globally, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our elite clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell luxury real estate properties to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) globally.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
  4. Provide expert guidance to clients on the international real estate market and investment opportunities.
  5. Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and contracts for international clients.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends in international real estate markets to provide accurate and valuable insights.


Qualifications:

  1. Gender: Male
  2. Nationality: Candidates from the UK, USA, and Pakistan must hold a UK passport.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or a similar sales-driven role.
  4. Skills:
  5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the international luxury real estate market.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  9. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  10. Education: Relevant qualification in Sales, Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).
