Availability: 15 days to 1 Month
Oracle Fusion HCM suite across multiple modules including Core HR, Self Service, Absence, Payroll, Performance Management, L&D, Talent, and Succession.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Fusion HCM Modules and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage configuration, rollouts, key enhancements, OTBI/BIP reports, and sandbox personalization.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for system improvements and training.
- Deliver regular user training, create training guides, and support UAT and release management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 6–8 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong hands-on support expertise.
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP.
- Proven ability to configure, customize, and rollout Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
