Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce program lifecycle activities — from Discovery to Go-Live support
Customize the platform, automate complex business processes, and train users
Manage user setups, system configuration, and data integrity
Support integrations, reporting, dashboards, and ensure compliance with best practices
Create Salesforce training material and contribute to “Train the Trainer” initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce program lifecycle experience
Strong skills in data extraction, reporting, and visual analytics
Expertise in account, portfolio, and client management
Commercial acumen to drive business impact and cost efficiencies
