We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our growing team!

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Sofware Engineer with deep experience in building high-quality mobile applications and a strong understanding of mobile development principles — regardless of the platform or framework. You’ll help shape the architecture, guide the mobile strategy, and mentor others while remaining hands-on in implementation.

This role is technology-agnostic — we value engineers who understand how to build great mobile experiences, care about code quality and performance, and can adapt to the right tool or platform based on the product needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, user-centric mobile applications.
2. Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
3. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and implement end-to-end mobile solutions.
4. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code across various mobile environments.
5. Ensure a consistent and polished user experience across devices and screen sizes.
6. Drive best practices in mobile development, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.
8. Stay informed of emerging trends and tools in mobile development and apply them where appropriate.

Skills & Attributes

Required

1. 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining mobile applications.
2. Strong understanding of mobile fundamentals, including architecture, performance, offline handling, and responsiveness.
3. Proficient in at least one mobile development paradigm (native, cross-platform, hybrid), and willing to learn others as needed.
4. Experience integrating mobile apps with APIs, backend services, and third-party SDKs.
5. Understanding of app distribution, deployment, and update strategies for iOS and/or Android.
6. Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to translate design into code effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail and optimization.

Preferred

1. Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) or hybrid apps.
2. Familiarity with both iOS and Android ecosystems, including their guidelines and app store processes.
3. Exposure to mobile testing frameworks and automated testing strategies.
4. Understanding of analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting in mobile apps.
5. Past contributions to mobile tooling, architecture, or design systems.
