Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable frontend applications.
2. Translate complex product requirements and UI/UX designs into efficient, reusable components and experiences.
3. Ensure excellent user experiences across devices, platforms, and browsers.
4. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions around frontend systems.
5. Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive features and functionality.
6. Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness best practices.
7. Review code, mentor team members, and advocate for frontend excellence.
8. Stay up to date on the evolving frontend landscape and bring forward relevant innovations.

Required

Skills & Attributes:

1. 5+ years of professional experience building frontend applications at scale.
2. Deep understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the browser ecosystem.
3. Proven ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
5. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
6. Familiarity with frontend build systems and tooling (e.g., module bundlers, task runners, CI/CD).
7. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets, and how to effectively consume them.
8. Commitment to testing, with experience in writing unit, integration, and/or end-to-end tests

Preferred

1. Exposure to design systems, frontend architecture at scale, or monorepos.
2. Experience working in Agile product teams with fast iteration cycles.
3. Basic understanding of backend principles and how frontend integrates with it.
4. Passion for clean code, performance, UX, and maintainability.
