1. Secretarial Compliance Support
Assist with compliance related to Companies Act, SECP, and Stock Exchange regulations.
Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and disclosures.
2. Meeting Coordination
Organize Board and Committee meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
Prepare agendas, compile board packs, and assist with drafting minutes.
3. Document & Record Management
Maintain statutory registers and secretarial files.
Ensure safekeeping of resolutions, agreements, and official documents.
4. Shareholder & Stakeholder Relations
Handle shareholder queries, dividend matters, and liaison with RTA.
Support e-voting and postal ballot processes.
5. Internal Collaboration
Work with internal teams and subsidiaries to gather compliance data.
Track pending filings and follow compliance checklists.
6. Policy & Reporting Support
Assist in drafting corporate policies and procedures.
Prepare governance reports and presentations for the Board.
7. Audit & Inspection Assistance
Provide data and documentation for audits.
Maintain audit trails and track closures.
Requirements:
Qualified CS (or pursuing final level of ICSI).
Law or corporate governance qualifications are a plus.
7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in listed or group companies.
Knowledge of Companies Act, SECP, and secretarial standards.
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance platforms.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
