Overview:
For our new client, one of the world’s market leaders whose primary focus lies in the production and export of palm oil products, and underworld renowned brands. We commenced manufacturing operations in 2004, aiming to provide its customer with nothing less than the best in palm oil products, its derivatives, and canned food which are further subdivided into more beneficial by-products.
With our manufacturing plant located in Medan, North Sumatra and Surabaya, Central Java, we are constantly updating our system and production quality to be able to produce goods at a highly competitive cost. We have wide coverage, having penetrated almost 75% of the world. Indeed, as of 2020, ICC GROUP exports to 84 countries in the world in the 5 continents, namely: Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe and America.
Responsibilities:
- Expert in the sales of palm oil & it’s by products like shortening, margarine, specialty fats, palm olein, soap noodles, oleochemicals.
- Marketing/Prospecting the allocated market to grow ICC customer portfolio.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Report country PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental to ICC HQ.
- Daily communication with pricing team and always try to optimize ICC business.
- Developing relationships with Banking, Government institutions and customers.
- Travel frequently to visit the markets and the customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/any bachelor's degree.
- Minimum three years’ sales experience in the palm oil & specialty fats industry is a must
- Strong networking and customer base in the palm oil & specialty fats industry
- A solid Business to Business (B2B) sales experience is a plus
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English language is a must.
- Open to travel
