About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a highly motivated SMB Sales Executive to join our team. The role is remote (work from home) but requires the person to be based in India, preferably in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Kerala.

The candidate will manage the SMB channel sales for the assigned Middle East territories.


Key Responsibilities:

.Handle all SMB sales activities for the assigned Middle East markets.

.Manage provided SMB account lists and handle all inbound sales queries.

.Independently create and submit quotes for Audio Visual solutions.

.Maintain and actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure deal closures.

.Coordinate closely with customer service for timely order processing and delivery.

.Engage customers remotely through phone calls, emails, and digital channels.

.Meet and exceedly and monthly sales targets.

.Expand and strengthen the SMB channel partner network.

.Drive revenue growth across various distribution product lines.


Experience:

.Minimum 4 years of SMB sales experience in India.

.Preferably with background in AV (Audio-Visual) and UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration) sectors.


Product Expertise:

.Meeting room AV solutions.

.Knowledge of camera solutions (HP, Logitech, Neat).

.Familiarity with headset solutions (Jabra). Wireless presentation devices (strong plus).


Sales Skills:

.Capable of independently preparing AV solutions quotes.

.Proven experience in remote/virtual selling.

.Strong pipeline management and deal closure abilities.

Channel Development:

.Ability to build and expand the SMB channel network effectively.

.Revenue-focused, with the ability to drive consistent sales growth.


Other Requirements

.Must have reliable internet connectivity and work-from-home setup.

.Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

.Cultural awareness of working with Middle East customers is a plus.
