Job Summary
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in offerings to potential clients, closing deals, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing clients.
- Develop action plans and schedules for identifying targets and achieving sales goals.
- Actively pursue new leads through cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and sales materials.
- Build and nurture relationships with both potential and current clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Contribute to marketing activities such as trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
- Manage timely follow-up for collections and payment tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the flooring, interiors, or construction industry.
- Proven track record in outdoor sales, cold calling, and deal closure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance to represent the brand.
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
