Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate must have a strong existing client base in the UAE interior fit-out industry and a proven track record of generating revenues between AED 5–6 million annually. This is a high-performance role suited for a dynamic individual with deep market connections, industry knowledge, and a passion for design and interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively identify and pursue new project leads in both commercial and residential sectors.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure consistent, high-value projects.
- Generate, negotiate, and close fit-out contracts valued at AED 5–6 million annually.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through effective networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with estimation, design, and project teams to deliver client-focused proposals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in the interior fit-out industry within the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets of AED 5–6 million.
- Strong portfolio of existing client relationships in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian, Tagalog, or Arabic is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
