Your Mission:

Lead daily store operations, manage staff, ensure hygiene compliance, and drive sales across key supermarket partners. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail and knows how to get the best out of their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Monitor & support team performance

• Handle accommodation & staff logistics

• Distribute salary slips & work schedules

Hygiene & Compliance:

• Enforce strict hygiene protocols

• Serve as communication bridge between staff & head office

Inventory & Stock:

• Run audits, stock checks, and ensure promo accuracy

• Conduct market surveys and track out-of-stock items

Training & Operational Support:

• Train counter staff on SOPs

• Execute directives from Key Account Manager

• Collect sales data, expenses, and operational reports

Store Visits & Sales Support:

• Visit stores 5 days/week + 1 office day

• Work closely with sales teams & store section heads

• Drive promotions & in-store merchandising

Your Skill Set:

Experience in dry food retail (nuts, spices, pulses, etc.)

Knowledge of major UAE retailers (Carrefour, Union Coop, etc.)

Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Solid MS Office, math, and reporting skills

Excellent leadership, problem-solving & time management
