Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for precision in reporting and compliance? We’re looking for a Senior Specialist – Financial Reporting to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Specialist in Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and accurate reporting of financial statements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)

6–8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in a similar role

Proven experience working in the UAE, with solid knowledge of local market and regulations

Expertise in financial reporting tools and ERP systems

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication in both Arabic and English

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial documents

Coordinate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Financial Analysis & Insights:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
