Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Work Preparation Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the sales and operational processes within the life insurance sector by managing client documentation, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support the acquisition of new business leads and maintain an active pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Process client applications and documentation with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments and Bancassurance partners to ensure timely policy issuance and post-sales support.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and product range to effectively address client questions.
- Manage CRM systems by maintaining accurate client data and regularly updating case statuses.
- Conduct KYC and compliance checks, including World Check screening, in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Communicate service and product information clearly in both English and Arabic to enhance client understanding.
- Deliver high-quality service to existing clients and broker networks, supporting upselling opportunities and policy servicing.
- Assist with application audits to ensure documentation complies with standards for various payment modes.
