Qualifications
🔸 Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
🔸 Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.).
🔸 Secondary skill can be Core HR, Payroll etc.
🔸 Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
🔸Strong understanding of HCM RESTAPI and SOAP services.
🔸Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
🔸Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
🔸Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
🔸Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.
🔸Experience in post-implementation support, hyper care, and continuous process improvement.
