We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist – Quality & Excellence to support government-wide digital transformation initiatives. The role will lead the implementation of quality frameworks, policies, and compliance standards while ensuring alignment with international best practices and excellence programs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor quality & excellence frameworks (DGEP, EFQM, ISO, etc.)
Develop, update, and manage government-wide policies and standards
Conduct benchmarking and drive best practice adoption in digital services
Monitor and report digital transformation KPIs across government entities
Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and audits
Support award submissions and stakeholder engagement for excellence initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
8–10 years of relevant experience in policy development & compliance
Experience with government/semi-government organizations preferred
Strong knowledge of policy, compliance, and statistical analysis
Fluency in Arabic and English
